Many Bay Area residents face preventable barriers to accessing health and health care.  Multimedia stories help to capture the experiences of individuals affected by barriers to care, as well as the perspectives of family members, health professionals, and other members of our community. Through the power of stories from diverse stakeholders, StoryBridge aims to create needed awareness, dialogue, and action to promote health equity.
